Your worth is not determined by how much money you make. Capitalism is never a good way to determine your self-worth. If your boss makes you feel bad because you aren't a 10x worker and you don't want to do overtime or burnout it is time to [[Job hunt to your hearts content]].
More so, software development is a career where you have control because your skills are in demand, our knowledge crosses geographic boundaries, we can work remotely, and we are paid well. This means if you are in a field such as this one you can do whatever you want. You have agency over your life. You own it, run it, and create it.
